I’ve been hooked up to a 24hr ambulatory ECG for the past day to monitor my heart rhythm. It’s only three leads (all on the chest) so not uncomfortable under loose clothing. The sticky pads are much bigger and softer than the ones used for a regular ECG and the leads attach with a popper, not a clip. The recording device looks like a pager with a long lead so it’s easy to keep in a pocket or clip onto clothing. All in all a very easy experience so far.
