I see all comments coming: 'a promo' 'a commercial' 'must be China' and so on.
SO WHAT ? if 'they're' rightfully proud of their own achievements...
so what if 'they're' in rapid pace become independent of Western Colonialism ?
And what if 'they' don't want 'your' oil anymore.
Maybe those commenters are grieving 'cause they are too late. 😜

I bet you didn't/don't know where Ouagadougou is ?
Just by the luck that a few friends went overthere, a long time ago, I do.
Of late there is some weird but very hopeful news out of Burkina Faso , Africa.
All with the hated AI voice overs, all very difficult to verify.
I sure wish this kind of awakening is happening, for Africa, for the world.

Who can help in verifying this kind of video's ?

"TraorĂ© Shocks the World: Did His E-Buses Just Expose the West’s Lie About Burkina Faso?"
by One Africa

youtube.com/watch?v=2waSJzJid6

Quote by OA:
"Jul 7, 2025 ANH
What if I told you that the first fully African-made electric vehicle wasn’t built in South Africa or Egypt — but right in the heart of Burkina Faso, under the bold leadership of Captain Ibrahim TraorĂ©?
500 locally-built electric buses are now rolling through the streets of Ouagadougou — not imported, not assembled elsewhere — but made by BurkinabĂ© hands for BurkinabĂ© roads.
This is not just a technological achievement. This is Burkina Faso latest news — a story of pride, sovereignty, and self-reliance. A story of a nation rising without waiting for permission.
At a time when most African countries still depend on foreign aid and imported innovation, Burkina Faso latest news shows a different way: one built on dignity, clean energy, and African engineering.
From solar-powered systems to youth-led design labs, from smart buses to national training programs, Burkina Faso latest news is electrifying the continent with a question we must all answer:
👉 Will Africa continue to follow—or will it finally lead?
If this story moved you, comment “Amen,” subscribe to the channel, and share it with someone who still doubts Africa’s power to rise."
Africa is a movement of unity, clarity, and renewal.
From Bamako to Brazzaville, from Nairobi to the diaspora — this is where Africa stops waiting and starts walking its own road.
Every story we tell reclaims what was stolen:
The truth buried in silence.
The dignity erased by debt.
The power hidden beneath the soil.
🌍 This is Africa, awakened.
Guided by the vision of Captain Ibrahim TraorĂ©, and echoed by millions rising — not in anger, but in purpose.
This is not about blaming the past.
It’s about building the future — with soil, with soul, with solidarity.

"Burkina Faso’s Forest of Healing: President Traoré’s Powerful Medicinal Tree Mission” [9:15 min]
by Hope Africa With Kate

youtube.com/watch?v=n_DBxaSSCG

Quote by HAWK:
"Jun 16, 2025
In a powerful and emotional move, President Ibrahim TraorĂ© of Burkina Faso personally launched a bold and healing initiative — the Medicinal Tree Planting Exercise in Guiba Forest. 🌳
This is not just about trees. It’s about hope, health, and homegrown healing. With trees like neem, moringa, and baobab, this project aims to bring natural medicine back to the people — free, accessible, and rooted in African tradition.
Watch how the president personally knelt down to plant trees alongside women, children, farmers, and soldiers. Hear how this act of leadership is transforming lives, restoring nature, and empowering communities — one tree at a time.
👉 This is what true leadership looks like: a president who plants with his people and builds a healthier future from the soil up."

#Africa #WaterForTheDeserted

I DO like global justice and equity.
But I sure hope Burkina doesn't make the same grave errors as Russia or the US made. Remember the Aral sea or Lake Erie. Just exploiting for the short term gain while ignoring the damage it made. Burkina can use the land, it's theirs. But I hope it remembers the land owns you not the other way round.
And most certainly you're not owned by #BigMoney suppliers.

Quote by BCD:
"Jun 19, 2025 Ibrahim Traoré
Burkina Faso is building the longest irrigation canal in Africa—and it’s doing it without foreign aid, without Western oversight, and in record time. No loans. No consultants. Just concrete, water, and national will. But why is this happening now? Why is water suddenly at the center of Burkina Faso’s fight for independence? And how did one dam ignite what some are calling the most defiant infrastructure project on the continent? As the African Diaspora saying goes, "I am because we are, and we are because I am."

"Jun 22, 2025
He had it all in Turkey — a booming business, global clients, and a life of comfort. But Amidou Ouedraogo made a bold choice: he came back home to Burkina Faso to answer the call of President Ibrahim TraorĂ© and help industrialize the nation.
In Talfo Menga, on the red soil of Kadiogo, he built a factory that now produces cement mixers, crushers, and soon full concrete plants — entirely Made in Burkina Faso. With dozens of local youth trained and employed, this project is reshaping the future of construction in West Africa.
Demand is exploding across the continent, and Burkina is rising as a key industrial hub. This is not just a story of machines — it's a story of vision, courage, and transformation."

Agreed, this is a video with a high 'promo' content, not a great surprise as the content creator is [from] China. Still...
I do like what it is promoting:
in a fast devellopping, underdevelloped, country with loads of remote area's without electric power, this initiative gives people the education and resources to build a solarplant. All the better those people turn out to be women.
Now, feel free to object by saying it's a giant Chinese green colonialism, or shit like it. But what did we do 59 years ago? 'We' gave them the right to call themselves free, as long as we could exploit all the riches from their soil.
So I say, you go Africa. BE FREE.
