I has impressive antlers, brown, not like rest of the stone. Between spirit's arm there is fire, spreading small sparks in the air. With polish I meant more really good core gameplay loops that just work intuitively yet keep you interrested for hours. Embedded in a design that's just really good at what it wants to convey.

By comparison, a lot of older games feel ... clunky?

Personally, I like team style multiplayer a lot. For me, it's an element that keeps games fresh. So I might not be the best person to advise.

But #AgainstTheStorm is a solo game. Pausable, but urgent. It's really really good.

What kind of games are you referring to? Computer games, I guess?

And what did you like in the past?

Personally, I got lucky to have my tastes met quite nicely.

I sank hours into Co-op shooters like #Darktide and #Helldivers2. #HuntShowdown is a great extraction shooter with a lot of depth and suspense to it. #AgainstTheStorm is a captivating city builder / production line manager. I haven't played #BaldursGate3, but others loved it.

All of these are very polished games.
