Which seems to imply that until after #Agile2023, LGBTQ+ safety and inclusion weren't part of the process.

Thanks to the person who pointed out a great piece of swag to me at #Agile2023. I got the last one! You said get it before I got dessert and that was the right call!

Interesting point from the #agile2023 salon: It's not the measurement that's necessarily damaging, it's the assumptions people draw from the metrics that lead to misjudgment and damage.

X wrote more lines of code than Y? That's fine.
"Therefore Y isn't worth their pay" is an assumption that can do a LKOT of damage to teams and organizations. The SME doesn't usually write as many lines; curiosity trumps judgment.
