CAR-T cells are known for their #cancer-fighting ability, but a team of researchers has shown they can also fight the aging process. By programming CAR-T cells to search for and destroy senescent cells, which are implicated in age-related diseases, the researchers found they can improve exercise performance and metabolism in mice.

We consider effects of age (considered as a continuous variable, rather than comparing separate age cohorts) on drift rate in 3 separate tasks (delay discounting, emotion recognition, and verbal memory), potentially mediated by white matter integrity.
