Spagheiit all'assasina, a very, very spicy (forget all'arrabiata!) pasta from Puglia being prepared directly in a large pan at a local festival in Alberobello.

Arboris, a little darker double malt
Trullu, an alcohol-free Lager

Nilla, a pleasant artisan Lager with a nice Bod, refreshing and maybe a little bit stronger than expected from Alberobello.

We're at a local street festival, so it is served in a plastic cup - but a good beer can stand even this!

#alberobello in Puglia (the heel of Italy) is renowned for its many trulli houses, and rightly so. Less well known but equally impressive is the Egyptian-style town cemetery, the entrance to which sits at a roundabout just outside the town. I just had to draw it (from the safety of the roundabout).
