Earlier this month, phase 2 of Cross-Border QR Payment between Malaysia and Cambodia was officially launched. Malaysia's #DuitNow and Cambodia's #KHQR QR payment methods are now compatible with each other in respective countries.

@nielso das Problem an #wero ist dass es anders als #PayPal nicht #global verfügbar ist und nur im #SEPA-Raum und nicht als #Webseite.

• Dementsprechend ist es eher eine #EU / #EFTA-Kopie von #AliPay bzw. ein teureres #InstantSEPA!

Wer nur #Europa abdeckt hat keine PayPal-Alternative geschaffen, sondern effektiv ein schlechteres #JCB / #UnionPay / #DinersClub / #Discover released.

Der #Euro hat signifikante Vorteile für alle aber besonders #Deutschland gehabt, weil anders als #DMark keine #Umtausch-Industrie in der #EU und durch Harmonisierung deutsche Produkte billiger wurden, was bei der deutschen Exportwirtschaft vorteilhaft ist.

• Und natürlich ist es bequemer und flexibler wenn zwischen Portugal und Zypern sowie Malta und Finnland dieselbe Währung genutzt wird...

#wero muss sich #global behaupten können, sonst wird es bestenfalls ne nationale oder regionale Option sein wie #WeChatPay, #AliPay, #UnionPay, #JCB & #Mir, und damit kein #Wettbewerber zu #AMEX, #VISA, #MasterCard & #PayPal.

• Allein auf den #SEPA-Raum sich zu beschränken macht es zur Totgeburt und nutzlos außerhalb von EU & #EFTA...

#wirecard war zwar nen #Betrug, aber die boten sich #global an, und solange #B2B nicht Muster mit wero auf #Alibaba / #AliExpress kaufen können und #Kleinanzeigen.de & #eBay nicht wero in "Sicher Bezahlen" unterstützt wird's sich nicht durchsetzen können.

• #Wildwuchs funktioniert nicht, sonst hätte #Deutschland nicht die #Ladesäulenverordnung erlassen müssen und #CCS2 als gesetzlichen Standard > 3,7kW/h festlegen müssen!

Merke: rein regionale oder gar nationale Lösungen sind keine Alternative zum #VISA / #MasterCard / PayPal - #Tripol und sowohl #Stripe als auch #Klarna sind nicht wirklich konkirrenzfähig.

• #WasFehlt ist eine genormte, globale #Payment-#API aber dazu wird es wegen #Gier, #KYC & #AML nie kommen…

Eher werden wir #Monero als #Zahlungsmittel beim Durchbruch in den globalen Mainstream sehen!
