A lot of people are judgemental, rude, and ignorant when they see fat people on bikes. What should we do instead?
It pretty much boils down to "Don't make assumptions about fat people's fitness level, cycling experience or goals"
In other words- Mind your own business when you see fat people existing in the world!
And if you *need* to know these things because you are a bike shop employee, group ride leader, or fitness trainer working with a fat person, just *ask*. But think about whether you would also ask a thin person this question.

I’m lucky that not only am I usually healthy, but I mostly feel good. My back and legs are strong (#powerlifting) and I have a good amount of energy.

This weekend I caught a stomach bug from one of my kids and I spent a few days in bed.

When I ran my errands today, it was so nice to just kick that pedal assist up an extra notch and make it easy.

Just a reminder for me to never judge others for using more assist than me or for using throttle-only.
