Well my experiment using #Alovoa - the open-source #dating app has been EXTREMELY short-lived. Turns out...not normal people there. At all.

I'll remain #single, I think.

Попытался по почте - выдаёт ошибку (пробовал разную почту, разные пароли, отключал все расширения браузера).
Попытался войти через гугл аккаунт - ничего не происходит.

Пробовал с VPN и без.

@strypey I've got an account on #alovoa, and am really interested in the project. Unfortunately, almost no matches in my urban, tech-inclined region. I would encourage people to make placeholder accounts, even if it's not presently useful, to help get the population up to critical mass!

Anyone ever used Alovoa.com? I found their app in F-Droid and it seems like a great project. A privacy-respecting, donation-funded dating site, no fees or ads, all source code published. My only grizzle is that the app seems to open in Chrome, rather than being properly native, although they're apparently working on that.
