Failures to protect and uphold values look now to have been major failings.
Such as Congress' allowing of infamous conduct by Presidents to be excused rather than "impeachment and removal".
1. G.W. Bush for allowing torture to be treated as legal.

Doubtless there were many other events where Congress failed to enforce bounds on Presidents.
Better late than never?

SCOTUS would be less corrupted, less degraded, less fascist if those women had been listened too.

Looking back at the #AmericanExperiment, it seems the preparedness to not bring everyone along was the fatal flaw.
Slaves, white women, Native Americans, Blacks, Jews, the Irish, the Chinese, the factory-workers, the rural folk, and the non-elite all were/are deemed sacrificable.

Yeah, the #AmericanExperiment was worth more than the elected centrist Dems have given it over the last three weeks.
