An article published in the journal "Communications Earth & Environment" reports the discovery of ammonium-rich areas in the famous bright spots on the dwarf planet Ceres. A team of researchers examined data collected by NASA's Dawn space probe focusing on Dantu crater to identify these compounds, which include a new ammonium salt.

Average oxygen levels in the ocean have fallen by 2% over the past 50 years, and could fall 20% by the end of this century, making some parts of the ocean less or non-habitable to sea life.
