If anyone pushes the claim that the mRNA COVID vaccines, from Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech, cause Guillain-Barré syndrome, they are incorrect and deceptive. These mRNA vaccines actually reduce the risk of GBS, especially compared to the risk from COVID itself.
