Updated to OS 26, it's horrible, that's a personal opinion and that would be fine if I could go back to some sort of classic look. I read some forums and toned it down as much as possible but it's still for me an ugly mess.
Happy to hear that Alan Dye, the person primarily behind it has left Apple. Unfortuntely for no good reason, it's not like upper management @ Apple was unhappy with him. Actual designers are thrilled

Running #ipados 26 beta, and I keep thinking if Apple took each apps accent color and used it to subtly tint the glass, it would help separate the glass controls from the content behind them?

I'm excited because, for some reason, people hold up Apple as "Peak" UI to the point where when Apple stays on a UI design too long it starts leaking into Interior Design.

Według Marka Gurmana z Bloomberga ich premiera może zająć 3-5 lat.
Nowy szef grupy Vision Products, John Ternus, chce uniknąć porażki, dlatego firma skupia się na rozwijaniu kluczowych technologii, takich jak wyświetlacze i układy scalone.
Firma zamknęła program w tym tygodniu, według osób posiadających wiedzę na temat tego posunięcia. Obecnie anulowany produkt wyglądałby jak zwykłe okulary, ale zawierałby wbudowane wyświetlacze i wymagał połączenia z komputerem Mac, powiedzieli ludzie, którzy prosili o nie identyfikowanie się, ponieważ praca nie była publiczna. Przedstawiciel Apple odmówił komentarza.
Projekt pozostaje częścią długoterminowej strategii Apple, a system visionOS już teraz tworzy fundament pod przyszłe urządzenia.
