@ricardo #Firefox with #arkenfox user settings. I can't browse without history on a daily basis so #mullvadbrowser or #torbrowser just in edge-cases.

Completely different project. #Librewolf is vanilla #Firefox with #privacy hardening through a custom default config.
#Zen has no major privacy hardening, but a ton of custom UI elements and a new extension system for UI additions. Or does it? I havent seen much
Zen can be used with #Arkenfox user.js though, which I would recommend, after changing some defaults
#Firefox drama update:
Been using #Ironfox for Android[1] since Mull by DivestOS has been discontinued a couple of months ago.
Ironfox is a privacy hardened fork of Firefox with proprietary blobs removed. It enables many features upstreamed by the #Tor uplift project using preferences from the #arkenfox `user.js` project.
It's available on the Accrescent, F-Droid and Obtainium stores.

If like me you don't like to run Chrome on Android, meet #Ironfox[1], a great project that continues the legacy of the now defunct #Mull[2] by #DivestOS.
Ironfox enables features upstreamed by the #Tor uplift project and preferences from the `arkenfox-user.js` project.
Repo to be added to F-droid/NeoStore: https://fdroid.ironfoxoss.org/fdroid/repo/index.html

With DivestOS discontinuing, I'm looking for an alternative to Mull on #Android. I want a Gecko-based browser, preferably more privacy-focused than Firefox itself. Though I will say that I'm not totally opposed to it.
Thus far I've heard of ArkenFox, which I'm going to try out. It's a bonus that it's on F-Droid.
I also saw that Midori has a Android version now. Though not on F-Droid? I've never heard of their Play Store alternative, UpToDown. Are they legit?
I have Tor, but it's too hard nosed for me for daily driving.
I'm up to suggestions!
::EDIT:: Mainly edited to fix a hashtag, but also I'm trying Fennec atm.

#Firefox got a ton of variants/forks recently.
- #Librewolf
- #MullvadBrowser
- #ZenBrowser
- #Midori
On Android #Mull (thanks @divested !)
So yeah I take Firefox + #Arkenfox user.js or Librewolf if they fixed their CI/CD
Arkenfox disables privacy.resistFingerprinting in version 128 in favor of FPP.
I lost all my open tabs on #Firefox because I closed it and used the #prefscleaner from #arkenfox ? At least thats what I assume, I wasn't aware it does that. *sigh*
Just lost my years old browser history, because I didn't understand the release notes of #arkenfox 126 (https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/releases/tag/126.0) correctly.
#Firefox 128 changed some preferences names for sanitizing. So arkenfox added them with their default values.
If you have "clean on shutdown" enabled, but with the exception of "history", check for the new value to add it to your override, or you will lose it all with the latest Firefox and arkenfox updates.
Firefox user.js: Betterfox wird oft als Alternative zu Arkenfox genannt. Hier eine Stellungnahme zu Betterfox von Thorin-Oakenpants (Arkenfox-Maintainer). 👇

@bluecanary3 Depends on your threat model, but check out #Arkenfox which includes a link to a youtube overview, Firefox hardening guide, for how to get a baseline relatively secure setup.

@Gargron #Firefox is a good template browser... I use #arkenfox user.js or #librewolf... ☺️
Okej, prywatne przeglądarki, podejście n-te: user.js od Arkenfox.

@Scorpion8741 @trafotin @librewolf for how long you're going to use #arkenfox and the main dev said they'll retire it because Mullvad browser exists now, and it has way better approach to browser fingerprinting resistance ( this proves my point : forks do matter )
Librewolf will have to work on their own configuration to debloat Firefox once that happens, and in my opinion trust doesn't count much as an argument because everything is done in the open ( FLOSS ), I never heard Trafotin uses this argument ( and he shouldn't ) because he writes configuration scripts and so he's a third party !!
so you see this argument isn't always valid
if it was about trust, than I do trust the devs who are doing more to protect the user privacy and security than those who don't, but the first rule is it has to be done in the open.
@penguintech1 @trafotin @librewolf
By using a fork you introduce another party to trust. You can simply use #Arkenfox instead of #Librewolf, so you get a good configuration without the possible downsides of a fork.
#PaleMoon is nowhere close to being secure. Just because it hasn't been affected by that one vulnerability means nothing. You need to compare security postures to make a meaningful comparison. It basically lacks in so many fundamental security aspects, that I wouldn't use it.
THE YEAR IS 2023:-
Developers have yet to realise they can load websites faster by including popular #fonts with #browsers.
Not only that, they can help end the seedy, #massSurveillance business of the #CDN and help our #environment with less bandwidth throughput requirements.
Who knew!?
Maybe someone can include @torproject in this because we think they block us.
