What repairs need to be planned for all walls (and other assets) owned by the organisation?
When looking at a single asset (or an image of that asset) it can be relatively easy to determine what maintenance will be required.
Scale that up to the organisation as a whole and it is no longer realistic to get experts to assess each repair. To develop these overall plans you are reliant on your asset register and the quality of the data within it.
If you don't consider your asset register as a key organisational data set and manage it as such, don't be surprised if your asset maintenance and replacement plans are poor.
