Another one was Halfway Across the Galaxy and Turn Left. I'm absolutely in love with the opening and closing themes. I wish they released the high quality recordings 😞
I read the book later, and it's quite different from the TV adaptation. The book is more about X finding her own identity and role outside of being a family organiser, whereas the TV adaptation is more about the sci-fi story. They're both good in their own ways.
The older sister's lines were all dubbed. I didn't realise until I rewatched it as an adult, although I do vaguely remember my mum pointing it out the first time we watched it. The actress's story is very sad though 😞
My oldest sister used to like The Tomorrow People, although I never got into it. All I remember was it had Todd from #Neighbours in it 😆 but from what I've seen others comment, it was a really good show.
