@claudiom So, if by grilling you mean a #barbecue, then I can say I might have:
* Beef Burgers (bought from the local butchers, such as: https://walterroseandson.co.uk
* Good quality pork sausages (oink)
* Possibly chicken, via chicken skewers (usually flavoured, sweet-chilli, or lemon)
* Portobello mushrooms, cooked first, then stuffed with a blue cheese -- stilton, for example
That's the meat/veg sorted.
To go with that, we might make a salad of: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado, maybe with a dressing of olive oil, balsamic, and dijon mustard.
The meat: sausages, burgers, would be offered with an optional bun -- be it brioche or sesame.
There can sometimes be a sweet option once the embers have died down. We've done bananas with chocolate, wrapped in foil, so the chocolate wraps around the banana.
I've heard of others using marshmallow, but I've not.
You'll also note the lack of steak; that's an Australian thing, where they've got a permanent barbecue installed.
What I'm referring to in my description here, are disposable/single-use barbecues. :)
