The body of a woman whose home was swept away in a landslide in has been located.

My condolences to her family & friends.

’s Burke Mountain at 291.4mm (almost a foot of rain at 11 and 1/2 inches!) receiving some of the heaviest precipitation amounts of this event. No wonder the flooding of Hyde Creek, Coquitlam River, and large landslide along Quarry Rd.

had its 6th rainiest day since 1937.
