Zum letzten Mal Strand. Und zum auch noch ein Seehund. 😍

Farbenspiele.

Nordseestrand an einem sonnigen Tag. Die Brandung fällt milde aus, am Himmel sind nur ein paar Schleierwolken zu sehen. Sonnenuntergang an einem Nordseestrand mit goldenem Licht, das auf den Sandstrand und die Dünen geworfen wird. Das Foto wurde von einem erhöhten Platz in den Dünen aufgenommen. Weißer Leuchtturm mit Leuchtfeuer ragt aus den Dünen hervor, im Hintergrund schimmert der Himmel nach Sonnenuntergang Blau, Rosa und Lila. Buntes Farbenspiel am Himmel an einem Nordseestrand kurz nach Sonnenuntergang. Das Meer reflektiert die Farben, die aus Orange, Gelb und Rosa langsam in den dunkelblauen Himmel verschwinden.

Sicht von begrünter Steilküste auf einen Sandstrand und mehrere Buhnen, an denen sich die Beendung bricht. Der Himmel ist blau, und nur ein kleines Wolkenband ist am Horizont zu sehen. Wellen brechen an großen Felsen auf einer Buhne, die Gischt spritzt in die Luft. Im Hintergrund weitere Welten und ein blauer Himmel. Eine Holztreppe mit Geländer führt an einer Steilküste zwischen hohen Dünen nach unten. Im Hintergrund ist der blau schimmernde Limfjord zwischen den Dünen zu sehen, ebenso ein blauer Himmel mit ein paar kleinen Schäfchenwolken. Sonnenuntergang an einem Strand. In den Wellen spiegelt sich das Sonnenlicht.

Wetterwechsel am Strand und: SOCKEN! 😍

Wetterwechsel machte die über den zur dann doch noch möglich.

Aufgewühlte Brandung an einem Notdseestrand an einem stürmischen, bewölkten Tag. Bohlenweg über den Stadil Fjord zur Insel Hindø. Im Vordergrund ist links und rechts des Bohlenweges vom Wind gebogener Rohrkolben, am Horizont ist Hindø in der Entfernung zu sehen. Der Himmel ist blau mit ein paar Schäfchenwolken. Naturlandschaft auf der Insel Hindø mit einem kleinen Wanderweg und von Wind gebogenen Nadelbäumen auf der linken Seite. Im Hintergrund ein blauer Himmel mit ein paar Wolken sowie der von der Sonne beschienene Stadil Fjord.

Heute: Strandeindrücke.

Into the Distance

The raw power of the last storm left its mark on the coastline in ways that words alone can’t capture. One wave barrier along the beach had been half-buried in sand, transforming the landscape into something entirely new. Behind the sand, seawater was trapped, forming a wide temporary lagoon. It’s a reminder of how coastlines are constantly reshaped—new land created in mere hours by natural forces that would take humans days of heavy labor to replicate. And just as quickly as it appears, nature can undo her own work with the next storm.

Standing at the far end of the wave breakers, I was struck by the illusion of infinity. The long row of wooden posts stretched out toward the horizon, now divided by the sudden dune as if the sea itself had been cut in two. It felt both surreal and epic, a fleeting sculpture carved by wind, waves, and time.

Scenes like these remind us that the shore is alive—never fixed, always shifting. Every tide, every storm, every grain of sand tells a part of the story. We are just lucky enough to be there to witness it.
