The new #Bitwig 6 release is looking very promising! Finally they focused on workflow/editing instead of just throwing in new devices.

I've been delaying upgrading for a while now, but this update deserves my money.

Another Bitwig user very happy with the 6-beta-1 update that will renew their license to support Bitwig 6.x and beyond.

Question to Linux users: since 5.3.8, I get a bug with text input not working after a while. Reported and found again at every update since. I got it again testing 6-beta-1: text input not working after a few minutes, having to restart Bitwig to make it work again. Has anyone found this issue in 6 as well?

The new Bitwig release is really impressive in the degree to which they've overhauled editing, really wide ranging deep changes where some of the rough edges used to be.

@ohmrun I usually do that by myself from .deb to .rpm via alien and rpmbuild. Maybe there is a similar way to do that with arch-packages too.
