A wild male king parrot dropping hints that surely there should be food available. If he could type, the message would be "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER". Not yet, big fella!

Around 10 lorikeets were queued up for their turn, and 3 were enjoying their bath together - before I got my phone out, of course. 😂

A rainbow lorikeet splahes vigorously in a birdbath under a lemon scented tea tree. One wing is raised and blurry. We can see the lorikeet has a purpleish blue head, orange beak, an orange and yellow chest, green wings, orange underwing, and a lime green collar. Rainbow indeed! It is surrounded by splashing water. Water has also spilled over the edge of the bath. There are two rocks in the birdbath, but this bird's going swimming.

Live traffic reports a car and moto crash at Tablelands Rd Wentworth Falls. Highway closed & traffic queued for a couple of km each way. Avoid the area. 😢

Most likely a SMIDSY (sorry mate, I didn't see you) as the driver or rider turned across or joined 80km/h highway traffic.

As it turns out, if you put off calling the tree chopper to deal with a few dead trees, the problem may solve itself.🙄

Luckily this one didn't drop into my neighbour's place - there are a few along my side of the fence that could easily end up next door... 😱

I don't know when it fell, but it wasn't there the other day! It hasn't been particularly windy, either. Guess I'll be chainsawing tomorrow! Oh, and contacting a chopologist. 😂
