Depuis deux ans, les ministres de droite les plus en vue du gouvernement israélien appellent ouvertement à des massacres, à larguer des bombes nucléaires sur les Palestiniens, et à geler toute aide humanitaire entrant dans la Bande de Gaza.

Aucun d’entre eux n’a été réprimandé, encore moins sanctionné officiellement.

Mais pour les Palestiniens, toute déclaration contre cette réalité brutale peut mener à l’arrestation et au renvoi.

Récemment, la Commission d’éthique de la Knesset a pris plusieurs décisions disciplinaires contre Ayman Odeh, Aida Touma-Silman et Ahmad Tibi, tous membres palestiniens de la Knesset.

Ayman Odeh sera suspendu de la Knesset pendant deux semaines pour avoir déclaré que « ce que fait l’armée est un meurtre et un massacre », et il doit comparaître aujourd’hui après avoir tweeté en janvier qu’il était « heureux de la libération des otages et prisonniers » lors du dernier cessez-le-feu et accord sur les otages.

One of my posts I made earlier today is a study in the ability of individuals to reach people on Mastodon and Bluesky.

As of right now:

On #Mastodon I have 750 followers. One of my posts made earlier here has 146 boosts, 7 comments and 100 favorites.

On #Bluesky I have 1,268 followers. The exact same post, made at basically the same time (I just copied and pasted the text from Mastodon) over there has 2 boosts, 1 like and 1 comment asking why it's not getting more traction over there.
