今日のフィールドワークはミラノ南部のTibaldi駅近くにあるBocconi University の Nuovo Campus にやってきました。旧ミラノ牛乳工場の再開発によって、2019年に完成したこのキャンパスは設計コンペの結果、日本の妹島和世と西沢立衛のStudio SANAAが担当し、公園空間と大学・スポーツセンターを一体化した曲線で構成された不思議な空間として展開されていました。資料を読むと環境負荷も極力減らした工夫がされ、屋上には1,200 kW 以上を出力する高効率太陽光発電パネルが設置されています。eduroam Wi-Fi も飛んでいるので、個人的にも気分転換にもってこいの場所となりそう。
