In the early 2000s, 25km North North East of Cerro Condor, Chubut Province, in west-central Argentina, South America, a very fragmented section of a sauropod was found eroding our of the sediments. It was found by Daniel Mesa, a local shepherd who found the fossils while looking for lost sheep.
In 2005, Rauhut el al formally described and named Brachytrachelopan. It has the shortest neck of any known sauropod.
Next we move on to the Sauropods.
These were technically the first big offshoot of the ceratopsians. You can see the bodies are stretched out versions of theirs.

While I wont get to build them all. Here are the #Dinosaurs of #Patagonia I have been working on. Not all of them are my design, but most are. Remember, these are NOT to scale with each other.
Starting at the back, we have #Patagotitan (originally a Diplodocus build), then we have in front of that, from left to right, we have Neuquensaurus (modified Saltasaurus build), #Brachytrachelopan, and Amargasaurus.
#Carnotaurus, Eoraptor, Eobelisaurus and Tyrannotitan (originally a Giganotosaurus build)
After going to the #Dinosaurs of #Patagonia exhibit at the #Queensland #museum I figured I should make a #Lego #Brachytrachelopan.
I know its not perfect, but what do we think?
