Just started doing some emulation on the SteamDeck. It is great! I beat Brandish: The Dark Revenant in like 3 days and loved every minute of it! As much as I love PC gaming it is nice to lay back on a couch and explore some dungeons for a few hours.

It's a good version otherwise but it completely ruins the Dark Zone so I can't recommend it. Play the original instead. Unless you can only play this one somehow.

It was fun to revisit the game. Some time has passed so I got a little bit more out of the dungeon design. It's still excellent.
Also I played the original back in 2016, it's been 6 years. I lived with my family back then still.

There was an #SNES translation released a few years ago, but having the automap available on screen makes for a way better #Brandish 2 experience!
