This sign, positioned for visibility from the highway, is actually not at the Target store itself.

The visible water tank is at 45 Irving Ave, Brockton MA. The words on the tower are not readable from this angle, but they say, "Brockton City of Champions".

The comm tower to the right is at 995 Belmont St, Brockton MA, which is an Eversource facility.

The large blue building, right at the bottom of the Target sign and just barely peaking through the trees is Ikea, 1 Ikea Way, Stoughton MA.

Smokestack, Bargaineer Center Site, near East Battles St & North Montello St, Brockton MA. This appears on the same ridge line as the two Brockton cell towers, about halfway between them.

The two cell towers are literally right across Mulberry St from each other.

I found the smokestack is part of the remains of the Bargineer Center Site, which is/was a superfund cleanup site.
