Every office / officer of the State is referred to in #Bunreacht using exclusively he/him/his pronouns. Including the President. A previous referendum failed to amend this text:
"Every citizen who has reached his thirty-fifth year of age is eligible".
All discussion at the time was about reducing the age limit. Nothing about replacing "his" with something more neutral.

The only female pronoun in the entire Bunreacht is at "her life within the home".

If I could make one change to the #Bunreacht, it would be to delete the preamble to Article 45 which declares its social principles are not cognisable by any court.
