@ottaross #CBCRadio has gone the way of @cbcnews, morphing into #FourthEstateFilth. It’s so disheartening to see/hear our national broadcaster / media so completely missing the mark. Or perhaps, deliberately missing the mark. Some of their stuff is good but a lot is bias, slant, opinion and not fact.

NO! Nobody is reacting to the value of the dollar which has hardly changed other than a few blips, we are upset about the emerging totalitarian regime disappearing visitors for hours or weeks and threatening our existence. Come on #CBCradio.

I really object to these photo opps of the PM signing faux-executive orders. In Canada, the PM chairs cabinet meetings, cabinet votes to make a decision, civil servants take the documents to the Governor-General to be signed. What the PM is doing is just a sham for the cameras.
Let's not make our gov't more Trumpy.

Yes, it would be nice to have more inside story than what we go in that article. #Macleans used to do good campaign retrospectives, but I don't know if they still do.
As usual, you and I saw a very different #CPC campaign for some reason. Based on what I heard on #CBCradio, read in the newspaper, and saw on Twitter, the campaign was almost entirely about quality of life: housing costs, crime, lack of growth, inflation. You think it was all about culture wars and "anti-woke".

Well, the numbers aren't what I'd hoped for, but not so bad either from my perspective.
The final word isn't written though: One of the commentators on #CBCradio made the important point that some of the Atlantic ridings that were initially blue have turned red once the advance ballots were all counted; that will presumably happen elsewhere in Canada as well, later in the night.
Listening to #CBCradio this morning... Did #MarkCarney really refer to Saskatoon as "the Paris of the Prairies"? Or did I misunderstand?
The attack ads write themselves: "Mark Carney — does he know where he is? Or does he just hate Winnipeg? How can we trust this man to defend Canada?"

Listening to #CBCRadio this morning, they were discussing strategic voting for people who lean #NDP. I don't have any philosophical objection to strategic voting — so long as you only cast a ballot for someone you wouldn't be ashamed to have as your MP. It's strange though to hear it raised by NDP supporters at this point. Don't people realise that at present the Liberals have very strong odds of winning #elxn45? @338Canada gives 1% odds of a #Conservative gov't. Why not vote your preference?
