I'm making a crockpot Cajun chicken pasta recipe I found on Pinterest for dinner tonight. I'm thinking of using gnocchi instead of the penne it calls for. I have two unopened packages of mini potato gnocchi that need to be used. I can always use the penne for something else. I've just been obsessed with gnocchi since I tried it a few months ago. I hope this turns out well.
