As a show of solidarity with our friends to the north, I've started watching that great Canadian icon and hero, Red Green.

I finished up three pines today. If you like detective shows or Canadian shows I strongly recommend it. For those who have watched I both dislike agent Nicole and identify with agent Nicole. I know there have times I have done a bad job but survived due to not being a dick 😂. #threepines #threepinesonprime #canadiantelevision

Absolutely stunned to discover Due South on Netflix last night - a favorite of mine from when I was a kid, and (sadly or otherwise) pretty much forgotten today.

I was absolutely FLOORED to find a dark, grizzled, nihilistic Leslie Neilsen in the third episode.

God I loved this show.

The main title card for the show Due South; a close-up of a compass face, with the needle pointing towards south.A grizzled man in his late 60’s, age-worn and with messy white hair. He is saying to his younger co-worker, “Look, I’m Buck Frobisher, you little pissant.”

Many Canadian Television Commercials nowadays...

Show inter-racial couples,

That's good in itself.

I'm now seeing TV Ads with inter-racial couples and their children.

Meaning,

Increasing acting work for young actors who are multi-racial.

That's also a good thing.
