I go to Photo Life in Brooklyn to develop and scan film; it's the cheapest place I know for developing and scanning but they mark up the film. Gloomy mood in the fog – my first tests with Ilford HP5 400 film in the Canon AE-1. The bare branches look almost ghostly in the grey haze. Analog photography just has that special, timeless atmosphere.
