One of my favorite things is administering the Thomas–Kilmann Conflict Mode
Instrument (TKI) to a team that I've started to get to know and having the team report come out *exactly* how I predicted.

I took the assessment myself for the first time in 2007, and it rocked me. Seeing my conflict handling defaults (and gaps) on paper was a huge eye opener ... and I can draw a straight line directly from that day to today. Working with this assessment and model never gets old.
