Закінчився чартер катамарані на 10 днів у Греції. В сумі вийшло по 300 євро на людину (їжа, ресторани, стоянки в марінах та паливо) + вартість каюти 1400 євро (по 700 євро на людину). Виходить, десь 1000 євро на кожного, що дуже дешево як на мене.

Придбав квитки у Грецію на середину травня - буде в мене 10-денний чартер на катамарані Lagoon 42. В мене вже є невеликий досвід керування саме катамараном, але після цього чартеру буду більше впевнений у своїх можливостях. Сподіваюсь пощастить з погодою та буде можливість купатись.

Photo taken aboard a friend's brand new half million € catamaran. I also was there when a ceiling panel fell on his head while he was complaining about the build quality of his boat. He did not think that was funny :blobcatgiggle:

This backing plate was discovered after another mooring cleat tore out of the deck.

I am sailing an Topcat K3X and it often goes on one hull when there is enough wind. It's like flying (Capsizing is always an option, especially when I use the Gennaker). However, sailing is fun!

It's the early evening on a warm day with clear blue sky and light coming from the right, low down, and golden with the approach of sunset. We're standing on one shore of a wide river with a small tidal swell pushing small waves ashore up a paved stone slipway. A stone jetty stretches out and there are a handful of people at the end of it, some fishing, some simply sitting to enjoy the feel of the sun on their faces as they face to our right. Beyond, against a larger jetty with low bridge and walkway structures on it there is a passenger ferry; not very large, primarily white but with thick bands of orange and black along its hull, and with a strong slope forward at the fore from the small bridge to the waterline. It's a peaceful scene.
