Hope the same could happen in Brazil where federal Justice allowed this year the return of aerial spraying including with the use of drones. In Maranhão state, for ex, 30 liters of glyphosate per ha were being used when the maximum recommended amount is 6 liters!

Very good article. I disagree on the part of genetically modified seeds because there is no need of them and the huge amount of agrichemicals they need. There are a lot of research on natural plant hybridisation, programs to protect native seeds and so forth in the so-called Global South.
