#Arriva Group plans to submit an application for expanded open access rail connections in #Yorkshire and the #Humber, aiming to provide direct services from #Cleethorpes and #Grimsby to #London. This proposal, which will be notified to Network Rail and submitted to the Office of Rail and Road (ORR), seeks to extend existing routes with Grand Central, potentially starting in December 2026. The new services would offer four daily return trips and over 775,000 additional seats annually, addressing the lack of direct links to London for over 30 years.
