Playing around with some copy protected Amiga disks tonight. Just tried to convert a few IPFs to unprotected disk image files (ADF). Looks like the virtual A500 ran into some issues. Oh, well... it doesn't always work.

It's very much a magazine type-in kind of game, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Classic computer magazines published lots of unusual games by varied people, and some were very experimental in design. In Forest Fire, you try to halt the spread of an arsonist's work. It takes strategy to get a good score, especially on the hard difficulty. This video shows off complete games on Medium and Hard.

Unreleased Amiga Hardware Plays MP3s
The AA3000, developed as a prototype by Amiga, was never released to the general public. Unlike the original A3000 this one would have included a digital signal processing chip from AT&T called the DSP3210 which would have greatly enhanced its audio capabilities.
