Las pinzas del tendero empapadas por la lluvia son un tema bastante trillado, pero atractivo por lo conceptual, por lo sugerente y por lo cercano. Si buscas en Internet fotos de pinzas bajo la lluvia, salen decenas de ejemplos. No es algo que yo trabaje mucho, por eso soy tan poco original.

The rain-soaked clothespins are a rather hackneyed theme, but appealing due to their conceptual, evocative, and relatable nature. If you search the internet for photos of clothespins in the rain, dozens of examples pop up. It's not something I work on much, which is why I'm so unoriginal.

𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗻𝗴): I'm showing an image of some clothespins on an outdoor clothesline, soaked by the abundant rains of the last days of winter in Spain. It's a very close-up shot with dull, sad colors: you can see three clothespins on a green rope, two wooden and one plastic, with water droplets suspended at their ends, about to fall, in whose reflection you can make out the trees in the garden.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 (𝗘𝘀𝗽): Muestro una fotografía de unas pinzas de la ropa en un tendedero al aire libre, empapadas por las abundantes lluvias de los últimos días del invierno en España. Es un primerísimo plano con colores apagados y tristes: se ven tres pinzas de la ropa en una cuerda verde, dos de madera y una de plástico, con gotas de agua suspendidas en sus extremos, a punto de caer, en cuyo reflejo se pueden distinguir los árboles del jardín.
