For everyone living in Manhattan, the boroughs and elsewhere: Noise and air pollution is down across the board.

I'm sympathetic to drivers that don't like ticketing systems. We can lower speeds with road design, without piling costs on individuals. Automated cameras create a perverse incentive for cities not to make such changes, since poorly designed roads can become a reliable revenue source.

So let's bring in congestion pricing for downtown Toronto! It's working as intended in NYC (as it did for every city that adopted it previously).
