Went to our local GP surgery for #CovidBooster today. A very impressive and efficient service.
The #NHS is still doing a great job.

Well I am quite happy with this, another PB but damn I miscounted my laps 🏊🏼‍♀️. I thought I’d finally managed 2km - close, but no cigar. I’m not unhappy though, I’m closing in on it.
I also feel a lot better for the movement & the water, the arm doesn’t ache now & the headachy feeling is gone. I’m just a bit tired 😂.

Good morning tooters. It’s nearly 20c already & again we’re heading to a sunny & hot 32c, but it should be dropping a little over the next few days.
I didn’t sleep the best last night. I may not have felt the Covid injection yesterday but I knew about it every time I rolled over during the night. I’m a little headachy this morning too but that could be the poor sleep, the warm night or the injection - or all three 🤪. I am fine though.
I’m off to the pool in a short while, the cool water will be wonderful. I’m so looking forward to the swim 🏊🏼‍♀️ & a couple of hours of laps.

I just went to the doctor to get my stitches removed and gave him a good laugh. I told him that I got my COVID booster yesterday and it dramatically reduced the pain of my frozen shoulder. Fresh vax booster today for COVID and flu. Feeling pretty good, but sore arm as per the usual. Kudos to the pharmacist who performed my double jab. They were smooth and efficient. I barely felt them stab me twice!

I am less than two hours away from winning an ebay auction for a cheap, Soviet medium format TLR camera from the 80’s. I am the only bidder so far. Think I am going to win? Neither do I, but let’s see how it goes.

I’m exhausted. I have a massive headache. I have body aches all over. This is the post-covid booster shot blues. I was planning no working in the office tomorrow but now I think I am going to push that off until Tuesday. Just on the off chance that I’m not quite over this by tomorrow morning. Here’s hoping a good nights sleep will fix me right up.

Just got boosted again for COVID. I was going to do it last year but I was a coward and got anxious about getting it done at the store because of people. Recently I remembered the health department can do it so we had an appointment scheduled for me.

I got my Covid shot on Sunday, or more accurately it got me. Yesterday was the first day I’d ever experienced side effects from any Covid shot. Let me tell you it sucked! I knew it was side effects and I wasn’t sick, but holy moly. I only went to work because Monday is the busiest day of the week. The first few hours was horrible, then a switch flipped at 11:45 and I started feeling good again. #covidshot #covidbooster #covid
