DAY 36 Tired, fell asleep on the sofa. Of course I messed up the measurements on my laminated dough and my croissants and PC will be lopsided when we finally bake them off on Monday. Zu meiner Schulzeit in Bremen war das an Regentagen ne gewohnte Lösung. Regenschirm auf und los.

Das Foto entstand in Amersfoort, kurz vor Utrecht. Super schnuckelige Stadt und perfekt um eine Regenpause einzulegen. Wir hatten zwar Funktionskleidung dabei, aber einfach auch keine Lust auf Regenradeln - Kaffee, Kuchen, Croissant und Marmelade. Das Cafe Livingstone bij de Poort - Traum. Mit Fahrradspottingmöglchkeiten.

Aber lieber hätte ich keinen #Cappuccino ,ich will mit dem #Croissant in den #kaffee tunken, und finde vor lauter Schaum den Kaffee nicht.
Und wasfür Schaum? So steif wie der kann doch gar kein Milchschaum sein; haben sie Rasierschaum verwendet?
