En febrero, la fiscalía ambiental de #Cusco abrió una investigación contra la minera Antapaccay, de la suiza Glencore, por presunta contaminación. La denuncia fue hecha por la comunidad quechua de Tintaya Marquiri y se basa en informes de causalidad emitidos por el Organismo de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental (OEFA) entre 2022 y 2023.
