As pointed out above, the shooter was vetted under T45 & again under T47. They saw no threat.
But re: Afghanistan, IT WASN'T BIDEN'S IDEA TO WITHDRAW as soon as he took office. The #MangoMoron cut that deal on his way out the door.
They had NO plan. They didn't even allow in the Biden transition team to prepare.
