they keep calling her a DEI hire [Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion] implying that, for her, all doors opened just for the reason she was a black woman.
When I know, and with me all antiracists, that when a black woman succeeds to rise to that level....
she knows how to kick in doors, kept closed by the feeble white old men...
she knows to bust the glass cielings to go where nobody has gone before...
and by now she knows how to eat 'them' for breakfast.

That's why most minorities coming up are stronger; they had to fight hard, study harder and work twice as hard. They didn't get to that position by a silver spoon.
