I've started using #dune as my go-to #jellyfin client on my Android TV and I love it.

I tried my hardest to use #kodi with the jellyfin plugin, but I just couldn't. Kodi still feels like it did 10 years ago — slow, janky, and an outdated UI (even for 2015). I tried installing some skins — #bingie being one of my favourites — but even when I got it to look pretty, it was still nowhere near usable.

I honestly don't mind the default jellyfin app, besides the fact that it doesn't really support playing my music. Then I found DUNE — a modified version of the official Jellyfin Android TV client with enhanced UI/UX and additional customisation options. And it works with my music library! 😄
