Doesn't look like much but was a wonderful, warming dinner: Red lentil dal with lots of ginger, garlic and onions, tomatoes, spinach and tofu.
Also very happy, that the kid likes spicier food more and more. Cooked it midday, so it could get even better until dinner. Tantalizing yummy fragrances graced our flat the whole time.
