Due to this article I learned about the existence of the a cross-platform GUI written in Rust using ADB to debloat non-rooted Android devices. They claim it can improve the privacy, the security and battery life of a device.

I'm looking for a few contributors who can contribute to the Android Debloat List (ADL) project on a regular basis for the vendor/OEM of their choosing. Here are the requirements:
1. Must be able to contribute a few times per month
2. Must own a device from the vendor/oem
3. Must have a Matrix account (from any instance)
4. Expected to be able to use a text editor to edit JSON files
5. Expected to know how to navigate the GitHub website.

No other qualifications needed. I'll be responsible for mentoring the contributors through a Matrix group as well as GitHub. Initially, we shall start with all the interested individuals and gradually eliminate those who fail to maintain the requirements. Interested individuals are requested to send an email to am4android@riseup.net with GitHub and Matrix usernames with the subject line prefixed "ADL".

There is no deadline, and you can apply any time.

@majo hi ha una manera de desinstaŀlar-les d’una forma més efectiva, tot i que l’apk es queda allà latent, no s’executa. Assumint que pots connectar el mòbil a un ordinador i activar la depuració (adb), es tracta d’executar, per exemple, això ( ⚠ aquest paquet és el cor de google al mòbil! ⚠ )

adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.google.android.gms

I això per cada aplicació que no volguem. És millor començar per paquets (aplicacions) més inofensives, com el chrome si fem servir el firefox, per exemple: com.android.chrome

De tota manera, ens agrada molt aquesta aplicació gràfica d’ordinador, que llista les aplicacions instaŀlades, explica en anglès què fan, i com de perillós és de desinstaŀlar-les

Si vens al hacklab amb portàtil, podem instaŀlar aquest programa perquè puguis continuar remenant des de casa :)

Com diu la @kiru , és important tenir alternatives instaŀlades perquè funcioni, com un navegador i un teclat. Aplicacions com el calendari, contactes, etc, es poden instaŀlar després per fdroid. Totes les apps de Fossify (abans Simple Tools) funcionen bé!
