Yesterday I rode 75 miles and gained 5000 ft of elevation in the #RideDingle cycling event. Both are PRs for me! I was fortunate to get great weather throughout the ride and spent most of it with a friend from my local bike club. The views were spectacular but the climbing was hard. I'm proud of myself for finishing and am looking forward to my next race in July (Ring of Clare)
On 20 April 1983 Fungie was first spotted in Dingle harbour. Fungie became the most famous dolphin in the world. Nowhere else has a dolphin stayed for so long in the wild while interacting with humans. At least eight boats took visitors to see Fungie in continuous runs. By 2019, it was estimated that he was at least 40 years old and Guinness World Records declared him to be the oldest solitary wild dolphin in the world. He was last seen on 13 October 2020.

It’s a commonly held belief that Americans don’t know how to drive around roundabouts, but when I visited that country last year (in the before times), I saw at least 2 roundabouts and local people had no problems traversing them.
Good luck getting around them in a monstrosity like the Cybertruck however.
