There has been some art made lately, but I have not been posting it for whatever reaasons. Some recent art has been focused on attempting a project.
Anyways, I traced some circles here, with the intention to be able to make stickers! These are not stickers yet.
Here is most of them so far.
Acrylic ink and distilled water applied with a G nib / dip pen inside of pencil traced circles.

I would love to see styles of antiquated handwriting, to model.
People used to be so good at writing, because writing by hand used to be important and meaningful.
I am probably most interested in examples from 11th to 17th century.
The sweet spot in the middle would be 14th century, but there were amazing examples all through this span!
So what I really would love is... access to resources that are hundreds of thousands of sorted images, or everything a specific scribe or writer ever did compiled cleanly in a high quality pdf,
and like hundreds of thousands of those.
Possibly entire digitised libraries of antiquated hand written books or papers from historical documents?
Can anyone point out some references like this that are high quality and expansive?
I am not against resources in multiple languages either. Handwriting is so cool.
Thank you!
edit: there may be collected letters, official historical documents from court systems in public facing collections, original scans of the books, notebooks, letters, and writings of scribes and authors that are long dead, which could suit my interests! If you have any leads, please let me know!
Especially scans from personal journals, notebooks, and manuscripts when possible!

So the Best Wishes Ink from Diamine is both a sheen and a shimmer, I caught some of the sparkle, and you might see a red sheen on this dark green, almost black ink.
This narwhal mer is pleased to meet the deep sea mer. They've had some fights in their past, and all they have to say when asked about the scars was that they survived, and it wasn't all from other narwhal mer.
Drawn with the same nib you saw yesterday, this time it's Diamine's Spruce. It's scented, so sniff the screen hard and you might get a soapy pine fragrance.
I wouldn't though, it's honestly not that pleasant.
I am very tired due to Eurovision being 3am my time.

A quick odd deepsea merperson drawn with a dip pen in Diamine's Serendipity. Which has shimmer and sheen which it steadfastly refused to demonstrate in this light.

This merperson is trying to find room on the page but they squeezed in there somehow!
Diamine Winterberry and Lemon and Lime, both of which are Chameleon, and an unknown reddish brown that was in the Kaweco Sport that we could probably work out what it is if we look back to my October posts.
