Tabletop RPG Campaign, OPEN SEAT
My current #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav campaign started in March 2024.
The campaign has ran for over a year, and has had 22 game sessions. The characters are level 3.
A player dropped out recently. I'm left with three regular players and one intermittent player (and myself, the GM). Looking to fill the open seat with another regular player.

In einem neuen Kurzvideo geht es dieses Mal um das #DnD3 #VergesseneReiche Kampagnen-Set, das 2003 bei #AMIGOSpiele erschienen ist.
Die #LindenCon ist vorbei und ich ziehe ein gutes Fazit: #Outgunned, diesmal im World of Killers-Setting, hat richtig gefetzt und das #JohnWick Feeling kam super rüber.
#Kull mit dem #Conan2D20 System hat auch gut funktioniert, trotz Befürchtungen.
Selbst war ich bei eine #Cthulhu Runde, die durchaus unterhaltsam war und einer #DnD3 Runde. Letztere nur, weil die geplante ausgefallen ist. Die war leider auch nicht gut. Man merkte, dass der Spielleiter zu verliebt in seine eigene Ideen war. #pnpde

I haven't heard anything from the guy that expressed interest in playing #Pathfinder1e since 11 Nov.
I messaged him on Weds (22 Nov) and asked him if he was still interested, but I don't know if he'll reply. I'll give him until the end of the month (so until next Friday, 01 Dec).
It looks like it's back to square one for recruiting for my in-person #CharlestonWV #P1e game.
I am considering getting into #GURPS. I am coming from #Pathfinder (1E) and #DnD3.5 before that. I 'think' I would want GURPS Core Characters and GURPS Core Campaigns. Then for flavor I would pick up Fantasy, Magic, and Thaumatology? I homebrew most of the stuff for my campaigns, so I do not need to pick up pre-set settings; I just need something for the old noggin to take root in.
Any #DnD3x / #Pathfinder1e DMs/GMs have any experience with Leadership feat in their games?
How did it go?
I had a player take Leadership feat once. I did not like it.

Musste darüber jetzt nochmal nachdenken, aber meine SC sind in Fantasy-RPGs tatsächlich noch nie gestorben oder in-game ausgeschieden. Stattdessen sind die Runden eingeschlafen (manchmal nach nur einer einzigen Sitzung) oder zerbrochen. Ob #DSA4, #MERS, #Rolemaster, #Earthdawn, #DnD3, #DnD5, oder #Dungeonslayers. Immer das Gleiche. Im Fall von #Pathfinder2 läuft die Runde noch, da heißt es abwarten, aber #NivVanDerZee ist aktuell kein heißer Kanditat für vorzeitiges Ableben. AC und HP sei Dank.

I believe it'd be possible to make a D&D-like game I like better, but WotC won't be the one to make it.
#Eberron is my favorite D&D setting by far! But sometimes an original setting is a better fit for a D&Dish idea. And sometimes a fantasy idea isn't particularly D&Dish, but I don't have a system I favor for that yet.

How the fuck are you supposed to play level 1 wizard in 3.5e?
I've picked conjuration as a specialised school but right now, all I can do, is give someone mage armor and then hide during combat and maybe evntually splash one Color Spray.
It's really not fun. And for whatever stupid reason our dm decided to let us be level 1 since like 5 sessions already because the whole adventure we're currently playing is for level 1 characters and we're maybe only halfway through if I'm lucky
