The Mechanic.
Built from scrap and sprue parts to make use of the Wave Serpent pilot (that I didn't use in my Wave Serpent).
This then became my army/collection Tech priest / Techmarine etc.

May the 8th be slightly late for you.
Scratch-built original lightsabre prop.
Just thowing some random junk pieces together to make something that resembles "a" lightsabre, rather than trying to replicate any particular one.
Included a sprung trigger, so a "totally" works.
Chameleon earrings.
How to show a colour-changing creature with a static paint job; Rainbow.
Carved from plasticard and hand-painted.

Und das heißt.. sie versteht nicht was gesagt wird!.
Dark Angels Company Master.
Balthasar from the Dark Vengeance box set.
No modifications to the mini', but I did put a lot of effort into the painting.

Fallout 3 bathroom items.
Sculpted at 1:56 scale from epoxy putty and then cast up as kits to sell.
Based on what you can find in Fallout 3.
The toilet in particular was much more difficult to sculpt than you might expect.
These are example pieces that I painted up with a spare skeleton for flavour.
Sink, toilet, bath and hand-dryer.
Raider gunship.
Heavily modified Dark Eldar Raider for my personal army/collection.
The aim was to turn this into more of an attack helicopter gunship-like craft.
Additions include:
Adding an old-school Raider front end to a new body.
A more "science-y" power supply.
Wings for additional weapons.
and a crew of a goblin, Tyranid ripper and Space Wolf marine.

Szalamandra pilot.
A random Infinity mini' I received amongst a job lot. Repurposed to be the pilot of my HAW206 tank.
Matched the colour scheme and gave her bright purple hair to set off the yellow/orange.
The Maltese Falcon.
Sculpted in clay with some epoxy putty details and fixes.
As close as I could get to the original, plus I included a secret space in the base.
At least the painting was easy for a 1:1 scale model: Gloss black all over.
Jigsaw earrings.
Christmas themed as that was when they were a present for.
Cut from a piece of thick plasticard using a jewellery saw and some careful sanding so that they fit together.
And I made sure to include one of each basic type of piece (3/1, 2/2, 1/3, 0/4 blobs/holes) for variety.
Gollum, distracted with a caught fish, doesn't notice the hobbit.
More views of the diorama using this pair of Mithril Miniatures.
Predator tank.
Many many changes were made to the stock Predator model to add this to my army/collection.
Some are:
Dozer blade,
Sponsons (with rotation and elevation),
Spaced armour on the turret,
Various details about the exterior,
And a full interior and crew.
This one project took over 8 months (with a few distractions), and much of the work is scratch-built.
N-gauge train shed.
Another 1:160 scale model repaired and repainted.
I had to saw off the roof as part of working on the interior and then reassembled and repainted.
I used the original paint job as a reference to the updated look.
Ork Boy #1.
The first Ork in my army/collection.
As is usual for me, the first of any type is built as vanilla.
The first earrings I made.
The roses are sculpted in epoxy putty, and the "gems" are carved plastic.
Hand-painted, making use of my model painting experience.
The 2 squads of Chaos cultists from the Dark Vengeance box set.
No modifications to these, but I did try to vary the skin tones and clothing colours across the groups.

Mirkwood Book Nook.
To display the Mithril-Miniatures figures of Elrond and Thranduil I built a book-nook.
Scratchbuilt trees and some elven architecture.
Built the box first, with planning for the interior. Then built and painted the two halves before closing them together.
Refinery?
The question mark is deliberate, as I was just sticking stuff together with no real idea of what I was building. What I ended up with looked a bit like a refinery of some sort.
The doorway was from a Rhino, and there's a few cast details. But there is also sprue pieces, drinking straws, wires and plastic test tubes across the model.
Blood Drinkers Space Marine.
This one got a bionic arm scratch-built from sprue and plastic-rods.
And he got an aerial that was a string-y end from my 3D printing pen's filament.
